Patient Service Representatives (PSRs) are stationed to facilitate the checkout process, schedule follow-up appointments, and address any additional questions or coordination required before the patient leaves. This setup ensures seamless support throughout the entire visit, from arrival to departure. 84 South serves Pediatrics, Pediatric Specialty, and Adult Specialty patients. The clinic utilizes a patient self-rooming model to support efficient flow and reduce wait times. Upon arrival, patients check in at the front desk, where our front desk team assists with registration and initial needs.
