About The Position

The Patient Service Representative (PSR) role will greet patients, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general office duties as assigned. This position is located fully onsite in Farmington, ME at 181 Franklin Health Commons, with facility hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. Flexible scheduling is available between the facility's operating hours.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous office experience, preferably in a medical office setting.
