About The Position

The Patient Service Representative (PSR) role will greet patients, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general office duties as assigned. This position is located at the MaineHealth Pediatrics Brunswick Facility, with hours from Monday to Friday, 7:15 AM to 5:00 PM, and a shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The role requires full onsite presence in Brunswick at 81 Medical Center Drive Suite 2200.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred
