Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED - Required
- TRAVEL IS REQUIRED: Never or Rarely
Nice To Haves
- 2 years Primary Care/Office - Preferred
- 2 years Customer Service - Preferred
- Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and directing patients, families, and visitors
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to questions or route callers to the right staff member
- Schedule appointments and enter information accurately into the scheduling system
- Register patients and update demographic and insurance details in the EMR system
- Communicate with clinical staff to support patient flow and keep waiting patients informed
- Collect patient payments and apply them correctly to accounts
- Balance daily encounter forms and cash drawers
