At Father Joe’s Villages, providing welcoming, efficient, and accurate patient service is the first step in ensuring high-quality care. Our Patient Service team serves as the initial point of contact for patients across medical, dental, psychiatry, behavioral, street health, transformative recovery, group, and specialty services, supporting seamless, compassionate patient experience. The Role As our Patient Service Representative I, you will greet and assist patients, collect and verify demographic and insurance information, and ensure accurate registration in our electronic health record (EHR) system. This role focuses on creating a positive patient experience, providing clear information, and connecting patients to the services they need. You will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to schedule appointments, manage patient check-in and check-out, assist with billing, and support sliding fee programs. Success in this role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
