Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, take messages, and address patient inquiries.
  • Document interactions accurately in patient charts and assist with referrals.
  • Collect payments and support patient discharge procedures.
  • Organize and maintain patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Assist in training new employees on office functions and best practices.
