About The Position

The position is primarily responsible for Chart Preparation, which includes printing facesheets, organizing them in colored folders, and pulling consult materials. Additionally, the role ensures that all necessary clinical information is available for each visit. The individual will also be responsible for the submission and tracking of Release of Information forms generated at checkout. Another key responsibility is to ensure that the Nurse Practitioners' schedules are always full. The position also includes backup responsibilities for check-in and phone operations.

Requirements

• Associates Degree or pertinent college level courses
• Two years of administrative/office management experience
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
