We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join our dermatology practice. This role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a critical role in delivering excellent customer service while supporting clinical operations. JOB SUMMARY Manage and coordinate patient relationship by providing courteous, professional service in all interactions. Responsible for appointment scheduling patient registration, Insurance verification, point-of-service payment collection, and other patient inquiries and problem resolution.
