They represent Franciscan Physician Network by providing information, direction, and support, and collaborate with providers, management, and clinical staff to coordinate patient schedules and offer administrative assistance. A key aspect of the role involves compassionately discussing copayment, prepayment, and outstanding balance responsibilities with patients.
