You’ll rotate between key tasks including: Processing and distributing mail Handling claims from multiple sources Managing online lockbox files Working through assigned work queues Responding to requests and inquiries Supporting hospital billing and professional fee processes

Requirements

  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent listening abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to stay organized and productive in a fast‑paced office environment
  • A positive, team-oriented approach

Responsibilities

  • Fulfill requests for medical records, EOBs, UB‑92s, and itemized statements
  • Deliver documentation to internal teams and external business partners
  • Perform general office duties: filing, scanning, photocopying, sorting mail, indexing documents
  • Manage mail printing, tracking, and distribution
