About The Position

Endeavor Health is seeking a Patient Service Representative who is bilingual in Spanish to join our team. This full-time position is located at 172 Schiller, Elmhurst, and requires 40 hours of work per week, typically from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with occasional early mornings and late evenings. The role does not require travel. The Patient Service Representative will play a crucial role in providing quality service to our patients and ensuring smooth operations within our healthcare system.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Associate's Degree in Business Administration/Management is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in registration, scheduling, patient accounts, cash collections, or customer service in a healthcare setting.
• Manual dexterity to operate various office machines.
• Knowledge of health insurances, medical terminology, and anatomy.
• Strong data entry and keyboarding skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual skills in Spanish and English.
• A valid driver’s license is required if performing duties at an off-site location.
