What You’ll Do: In this dual role, you’ll combine your clinical expertise with front-office responsibilities to keep our practice running smoothly and deliver an exceptional patient experience. Front Office Excellence: Greet and register patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and collect co-pays—all while providing outstanding customer service. Clinical Support: Assist providers and clinical staff with patient care, including taking vital signs, performing phlebotomy, rooming and triaging patients, stocking supplies, and maintaining clean, organized spaces.
