We consist of a team of professionals ranging from Medical Assistants to Physician Assistants and everything in between. Our physician led medical group enjoys an excellent reputation with patients and the medical community, offering primary care, urgent care and more than 30 different specialties. Will travel with the Neighborhood Health team, HHCs mobile healthcare program, which provides mobile healthcare clinics embedded within community locations to ensure all community members have access to equitable healthcare. Neighborhood Health team members meet at our satellite office locations and travel together in HHC fleet vehicles for mobile clinics.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Relevant experience in a fast-paced medical office highly preferred.
  • Epic experience preferred.
  • Positive, customer-focused approach, with commitment to providing excellent patient care.
  • Valid Driver's license within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • Ability to push/pull/lift 50 lbs.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve patients by greeting them, answering routine questions, registering patients, and maintaining records and accounts.
  • Create a positive patient experience by facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers and ensuring efficient office operations.
  • Schedule appointments which will provide timely, accurate, friendly, and clinically appropriate patient access.
  • Respond to incoming correspondence from patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and beyond, in accordance with patient privacy and safety standards.
  • Drive fleet vehicles to and from mobile events.
  • Assist in transport of mobile equipment bins.
  • Load mobile equipment onto vehicles prior to office departure, offload upon arrival at location, load back onto vehicles at close of event and offload upon return to office.
  • Restock mobile equipment inventory.
  • Coverage required at multiple satellite locations.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
