Patient Service Consultant (Sales)
About The Position
We are seeking a sales professional to work in the Patient Service Consultant role at our clinic. This position is key in getting our patients to buy and start their treatment programs to begin their journey to healing. LifeWorks Wellness Center is one of the largest integrated practices in the US, as well as Florida’s top natural health clinic. We are proud to provide patients with alternative medical doctors that treat a wide range of chronic health conditions, naturally. People travel from all over the world to see our doctors and receive our lifesaving holistic treatment programs.
Requirements
- 3-5 Years of prior face-to-face Sales experience
- Strong understanding of Sales Principles and Client Service Practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be energetic and confident
- Must be able to sit, type and communicate on the phone for periods up to 8 hours at a time.
Nice To Haves
- Prior Healthcare experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Enlighten the patient on the treatment programs, the timeline in which they are done and how we can assist them in getting well.
- Finalizing and collecting payment for the patient program and starting them on their way to recovery.
- Collect payment and enroll patients on their treatment plan.
- Regular interaction with patients to ensure they are progressing well through their treatment and collecting on any payments needed as they progress.
- Follow up with prospective patients and current patients to effectively cultivate patient relationships.
- Built a pipeline of current and future patients who will complete a treatment program
