Responsibilities

  • Schedule patient appointments and ancillary services.
  • Prepare for clinic visits by reviewing patient information and completing necessary documentation.
  • Collect and post co-payments and account balances.
  • Educate patients on required forms and obtain necessary signatures.
  • Audit encounter forms for completeness and accuracy before batching.
  • Answer telephone calls and deliver messages to healthcare providers.
