About The Position
Together, We will Inspire Amazing Patient Service Aide - Pediatric Emergency Room - Part Time- Evenings At NewYork-Presbyterian, Patient Service Aide serve as critical points of contact for patients and their families. Be a true partner with Nurses, ICU Technicians and more. So bring your smile to work. Infuse energy and hospitality into a patient's day. Keep our fast-paced environments running smoothly. Under the supervision of the appropriate supervisor, performs a variety of functions including setting up equipment, maintaining supplies, darkroom duties, transportation of inpatients throughout the Hospital and related non-professional services necessary in caring for the needs and comforts of patients. Demonstrate what it means to be part of a team and raise the bar for patient care. This is a part time evening shift, 3:00 pm-11:15 pm, 5 shifts in a 2 week period, every other weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
