About The Position

Looking for a position that makes you smile? We’re seeking a Patient Service Agent to join our growing team. How you’ll make us better: Acquire patient and issue-related information and enter call-tracking databaseRespond to inquiries in a courteous and timely manner, utilizing proper grammar and verbal skillsProvide optimal patient experience by effectively resolving issues on a patient's first callCoordinate appointment scheduleTake payments Use multiple computer applications concurrently, maneuvering through their respective functions Work as a consultative partner to your clients, building rapport and providing direction

Requirements

  • Skilled in establishing and maintaining good working relationships with customers and coworkers
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to listen and understand information verbally and in writing
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Knowledge of using computer systems, which may include software programs, entering data or processing information
  • Knowledge of digital applications including web, email, chat, text, etc.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual preferred, but not required
  • Dental field experience a plus, but not required
  • Call Center experience a plus, but not required
