About The Position

We are hiring immediately for a full time PATIENT SERVER LEAD position. Address: Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford - 1700 Medical Center Parkway, Murfreesboro, TN 37129 Note: online applications accepted only.   • Basic computer proficiency for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Improve patient perception of meal quality, timeliness, accuracy, and service through consistent engagement, documentation, and accountability.
  • Proactively resolve patient concerns at the bedside, ensuring accuracy in diet orders, coordinating quick meal corrections, and following up for satisfaction.
  • Document patient feedback daily, track recurring themes, and collaborate with leadership to develop and implement targeted improvement strategies based on Qualtrics data.
  • Promote open communication and strengthen trust between Food & Nutrition services, nursing teams, and patients by facilitating improvement plans and driving engagement initiatives to enhance overall patient satisfaction.
  • Serves as the point person through which all work related requests are communicated to unit management.
  • Trains and acclimates new associates to the company culture, the client's culture and the operations.
  • Demonstrates a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients.
  • Promptly addresses and corrects any complaints or issues.
  • Assists in the selection and orientation of employees and oversees training of staff in areas of responsibility.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
