About The Position
This is a full-time position requiring an LPN or RN licensure for the State of Florida. The role involves scheduling home visits for field staff and assisting with the coordination of patient care. The individual will work under the direction of the Clinical Manager to ensure the proper utilization of clinical resources to maximize care center capacity and utilization guidelines. Responsibilities include scheduling and communicating with field staff, patients, and the Clinical Manager regarding patient services.
