About The Position

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Patient Scheduling Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will ensure patients receive exceptional service while supporting the smooth coordination of scheduling across various departments. You will play a key part in providing clear communication, accurate documentation, and a compassionate experience for every patient interaction.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently.
• Follow and reinforce all case‑scheduling policies and procedures.
• Clearly communicate appointment details and any required information to patients and internal teams.
• Audit and complete electronic patient and case documentation in a timely manner.
• Maintain high‑quality work while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with patients, peers, and leadership daily.
