About The Position

Work Schedule : Full-time, 40 Hours per week. Shifts are scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based upon operational needs of the clinic. Take incoming phone calls from patients and their families to assist them with their appointment scheduling needs. Make outgoing phone calls to patients to schedule their appointments. Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure that patients receive appropriate care in a timely manner. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent Required
• 6 months of previous experience in an office or customer service environment Required
