Work Schedule : Full-time, 40 Hours per week. Shifts are scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based upon operational needs of the clinic. Be part of something remarkable Join the #1 hospital in Wisconsin! We are seeking a Patient Scheduling Representative to: Schedule appointments via phone, in-person or electronic correspondence. Take incoming phone calls from patients and their families to assist them with their appointment scheduling needs. Make outgoing phone calls to patients to schedule their appointments. Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure that patients receive appropriate care in a timely manner.
