About The Position

Patient Scheduler - Kadlec Regional Medical Center - Richland, WA Under the direction of the Patient Access/Central Scheduling Coordinator & Manager, Patient Access/Central Scheduling Representative- Level II, verifies orders, schedules, and registers, verifies insurance coverage and benefits, creates estimates, and obtains pre-certification, referral or authorizations as needed per insurance requirements; Participates in the collection of up-front revenue due to the facility; Provides quality customer service to internal and external customers. Requirements

2 years General office experience with public interaction

Nice To Haves

Coursework/Training Courses in medical terminology
Data entry, medical terminology and insurance experience
Medical setting experience
