Requirements

  • High School education or GED required.
  • 5+ years of relevant Customer Service experience.
  • 3+ years of scheduling experience.
  • High proficiency in Excel and Outlook is required.
  • Proactive work ethic with the ability to work virtually.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Nurse Managers/Supervisors, field staff, and patients to schedule visits for home infusion within a region of branches.
  • Complete all nurse assignments for patients and reschedule visits based on patient availability.
  • Coordinate nursing referrals while providing excellent customer service.
  • Monitor communication through emails and other platforms, prioritizing follow-ups.
  • Manage multiple Excel documents to track schedules and tasks.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from various stakeholders regarding nursing and patient referrals.
  • Investigate issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Initiate problem-solving approaches and multitask effectively.
  • Ensure accurate data entry in relevant systems.
