As a Patient Scheduler, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, guiding them through every step of their visit—from scheduling their appointment to checking them in and ensuring their visit goes smoothly. You’ll be a key player in making sure everything runs like clockwork in the front desk area while keeping patient records accurate and up-to-date. If you enjoy providing excellent customer service and have a knack for managing schedules, we’d love to have you on board!

  • Assist patients with scheduling, check-in, registration, check-out, and ensure they have a seamless experience from start to finish.
  • Help keep the clinic running smoothly by managing the flow of patients, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling and check-ins.
  • Make sure all patient demographic and financial information is accurately entered into our system, ensuring a smooth visit for everyone.
  • Answer all phone calls, respond to patient requests, and explain health benefits, financial obligations, and our organization’s Discount Policy with clarity.
  • Take charge of the clinic schedule, ensuring it’s effective, organized, and optimized for the best patient experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of customer service experience, where you’ve honed your ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, and great with written communication.
  • Proficient with computer hardware and software and can easily navigate patient management systems.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is verified correctly.
