About The Position

Responsible for providing continuous observation and appropriate documentation on activity of an assigned patient who has been identified as having increased risk for injury.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in Patient Care.

Responsibilities

• Provides ADL's and protects Patients in Sitter and Spotter assignments from self-harm and prevent elopements.
• Makes continuous rounds.
• Assists with Activities of Daily Living.
• Assists with bathroom/ commode/incontinence care.
• Monitors Intake and Output.
• Performs preventive skin care, feeding mouth care, and changes bed linens when necessary.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
