About The Position

The position involves providing continuous observation and appropriate documentation on the activity of an assigned patient who has been identified as having an increased risk for injury. The role is critical in ensuring patient safety and assisting with their daily needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in Patient Care.

Responsibilities

• Provides ADLs and protects patients in Sitter and Spotter assignments from self-harm and prevent elopements.
• Makes continuous rounds.
• Assists with Activities of Daily Living.
• Assists with bathroom/commode/incontinence care.
• Monitors Intake and Output.
• Performs preventive skin care, feeding mouth care, and changes bed linens when necessary.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
