About The Position
The Patient Safety Officer (PSO) at LifeBridge Health is responsible for overseeing the systemwide patient safety program, promoting a culture of safety, and implementing effective care practices to minimize patient harm. Reporting to the VP of Quality and Patient Safety, the PSO collaborates with various stakeholders to enhance patient safety initiatives, ensure compliance with national standards, and lead educational efforts to foster awareness and understanding of patient safety among staff.
