About The Position
HealthRIGHT 360 gives hope, builds health, and changes lives for people in need by providing comprehensive, integrated, compassionate care that includes primary medical care, mental health services, and substance use disorder treatment. This is a union position. HealthRIGHT 360 is looking to fill a full-time Patient Safety Navigator position in San Francisco, CA! The Patient Safety Navigator (PSN) will work within the Integrated Care Center and support client navigation to services within HealthRIGHT360 and the broader community. The PSN will be responsible for welcoming and assisting patients, and helping maintain a safe environment for clients, staff, and visitors. The PSN will also direct patient flow, escort patients to appointments, and provide HealthRIGHT360 service information. The PSN will also use de-escalation techniques to address crisis and patient behavioral issues and serve as a first point of contact for new and returning clients.
