About The Position
The Patient Safety Manager (PSM) functions as a clinical expert within Quality and Patient Safety. They demonstrate leadership, experience, and innovative approaches to managing complex patient care. The PSM assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care delivery based on age-specific components. They identify, evaluate and mitigate risks, review clinical processes, and promote a culture of safety while collaborating with healthcare staff to ensure continuous improvement.
