Requirements

Graduate of an approved professional school.
Proficiency with computer systems & a strong willingness to learn new systems and processes
Time management skills and the ability to work independently in a constantly changing environment while maintaining strict deadlines
Experience with performance improvement and regulatory processes preferred
5 years clinical healthcare management experience preferred
Prior experience interpreting regulatory guidelines preferred

Responsibilities

Driving organizational performance improvement and high reliability by collaborating with hospital leaders to implement the organizations quality and patient safety plan
Maintenance and organization of patient safety and clinical quality data collection
Coordinate the process of monitoring, measuring, and assessment of patient care and support systems to achieve high quality, safe, cost effective care.
Work collaboratively with organizational leaders to minimize risks and embed best clinical practices.
Oversees concurrent regulatory readiness by providing review, assessment, and instruction when needed.
Provide support when needed to Infection Prevention and Employee Health
Support the Stroke Quality Program
