About The Position
The Patient Safety Companion will remain with a patient throughout a designated period of time for the purpose of maintaining the patient's safety (i.e., by prevention of falls, wandering or disruptions of patient care).
Requirements
- High School Graduate.
- Organizational Safety Companion training will be offered by Onslow Memorial Hospital. Successful completion of this course required.
- 1 year work experience preferred.
