About The Position
The Patient Safety Companion is responsible for providing close observation and constant monitoring of patients experiencing changes in physical or mental status, under the supervision of a registered nurse. This role involves assisting in patient care, ensuring safety, and facilitating transportation of patients and equipment within the hospital to support optimal patient care. The companion aims to deliver high-quality care while respecting the dignity of each patient, in alignment with the hospital's philosophy and policies.
