Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
Comply with regulatory requirements, guidelines and policies.
Professional demeanor and discretion when interacting with patients, staff, and visitors.
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
Effective verbal communication using microphones, headsets, and webcams.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
Experience in direct patient care or patient observation roles.

Responsibilities

The PCT Virtual Care provides continuous remote observation of patients identified as at risk for safety concerns.
Using two-way audio and video technology, monitors patient behavior and promptly intervenes by verbally redirecting the patient or notifying clinical staff when necessary.
This role supports patient safety, dignity, and privacy while adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
