It’s the way you want to be treated. Summary: Ensures safety of the patient through direct observation. Works under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Provides ongoing observation of patients unable to maintain their own personal safety.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous hospital experience preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to operate hand-held two-way radio.
• Must be willing and able to sit for long periods of time monitoring patients safety.
