About The Position

The position involves ensuring the safety of assigned patients through continuous observation and communication of observations to licensed professionals. The role promotes the safety and well-being of patients within the Medical Surgical and Emergency Department at St. Anthony’s Hospital in Effingham, IL. The position is scheduled as needed (PRN) and is part of the Support Services department.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED - Preferred
• Healthcare Experience - Preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of assigned patients through continuous observation.
