Under the direction of the Director of Quality and Patient Safety, the Patient Safety Program Manager assists to design, implement and evaluate the patient safety program, lead the Risk Management Program, and manage complaint, grievances and claims compensation requests. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • 5 years experience in an acute care hospital.
  • 2 years Patient safety experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree in Nursing.
