About The Position

Patient Representative Wolfe Surgery Center has an immediate opening for a Full-time Patient Representative in our West Des Moines Surgical Center. Come be a part of an Eye Care Center of Excellence! Responsibilities include: Patient registrations and dismissals Answering and transferring phone calls Updating patient insurance and demographic information Record preparation, utilizing a fax machine Collecting patient payments Maintaining the patient process Inventory management, ordering supplies Other duties as assigned. Early Morning hours are required for this position. Candidates should be patient service orientated, have excellent communication skills, pay close attention to details, and be a team player. Basic computer skills and medical office experience strongly preferred.
