About The Position

As a Patient Relations Specialist, you are the heartbeat of our clinic and the first point of connection for every patient we serve. You are more than a front desk professional—you are a Client Concierge, creating a warm, seamless, 5-star experience from the very first phone call to the final checkout. Your role sets the tone for each patient’s journey, helping them feel welcomed, supported, and hopeful every step of the way. This is a fast-paced, people-centered environment that thrives on teamwork, attention to detail, and adaptability. While prior experience is preferred, it’s not required—we’re excited to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and make an impact.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
  • Greet patients with energy, professionalism, and empathy
  • Manage patient intake, registration, and scheduling
  • Accurately enter and maintain patient demographic and insurance information
  • Make sure patients understand their copays and collect payments
  • Support authorization follow-ups and patient communication
  • Ensure billing-related information is accurate and completed in a timely manner
  • Navigate clinic systems and software with confidence and efficiency
  • Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams to keep the day running smoothly
