Responsibilities

  • Greet patients enthusiastically by phone and in person.
  • Field phone calls and manage patient intake and registration.
  • Schedule appointments and perform demographics data entry.
  • Verify insurance and collect payments.
  • Follow up on patient authorizations and ensure accurate billing.
  • Assist with other clerical tasks as needed.
  • Build rapport with patients and referral sources to enhance relationships.
  • Collaborate with clinic staff to improve morale and productivity.
