The Patient Relations Representative plays a crucial role in providing patient relations support and financial system support across all Graduate Clinics, including Operative Dentistry, Prosthodontics, Periodontology, and Endodontics. This position involves coordinating patient admissions, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, creating and managing provider schedules for graduate residents in the EPIC system, and maintaining patient accounting functions. The representative serves as the primary contact for daily patient account functions, cashiering, resolving insurance inquiries, reconciling patient account balances, and performing end-of-day reconciliation for clinic accounts receivables. Additionally, the role includes clerical work as designated by the Graduate Program Directors or direct supervisor.
