MAJOR FUNCTION : The Patient Access Registration Representative is primarily responsible for providing a comprehensive, proactive, and “Patients First” experience to all patients and visitors at Inspira Outpatient Behavioral Health. Demonstrates outstanding customer service skills to investigate, triage and resolve patient issues, ensuring patient’s visit is an outstanding experience. QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalency required. Customer service and conflict resolution experience. Healthcare and insurance registration experience preferred. Experience with Sorian, Cerner, and Microsoft Office products preferred. Certification/ Licensure: American Heart Association CPR is preferred and required within the introductory period. Knowledge & Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills. Computer proficiency required. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse population while maintaining a professional attitude and providing great customer service. Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred.
