Responsible for performing multiple customer-focused Access Center tasks (bedside registration, limited financial counseling, scheduling and co-pay collection, collaborating with bed placement coordinators, account verification and updates, urgent registrations). Responsible for working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical setting. Must be flexible and willing to work in different physical locations and roles as needed to meet customer needs. Expected to report as needed during periods of inclement weather, disasters, and states of emergency.
