About The Position

The Patient Account Representative in the Therapy Services Supplemental Pool provides staff coverage at various locations throughout the inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation network during vacations, vacancies and leaves of absence. This position is responsible for ensuring that all necessary actions are taken to obtain the most complete insurance coverage and reimbursement. Position is accountable for admission, registration, precertification, and charge entry functions for related inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • 6 Months Customer Service Required
  • 1 Year Healthcare Required
  • 1 Year Accounting/Finance - Third Party Payors Required

  • Related Field Preferred
