The position requires a commitment to providing unsurpassed customer service to patients and their families, whether they are visiting for appointments, surgeries, therapies, or procedures. Registration and checkout processes are conducted at centralized welcome desks located at hospital entrances and medical office buildings, as well as at the check-in desk within physician practices. Additionally, the Patient Registration Representative is responsible for collecting point-of-service payments and may also assist in scheduling appointments as needed.
