About The Position
Position Title: Patient Registration Compliance Supervisor Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (No evenings or weekends) Are You Ready to Lead in Patient Registration and Compliance? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Patient Registration Compliance Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in advancing our patient registration processes, overseeing insurance verification, and ensuring regulatory compliance. As the Patient Registration Compliance Supervisor, you will supervise and refine the patient registration process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of patient information. You will verify insurance details with precision and address discrepancies to prevent payment delays and enhance the revenue cycle. Conducting detailed audits to uphold high standards of data integrity and compliance will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will develop, create, and deliver comprehensive training and educational materials to elevate staff capabilities in registration and insurance verification. You will run daily reports and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve patient registration efficiency. Collaboration with the billing team will be essential to support claims processing and resolve patient billing inquiries and concerns. Utilizing Athena Health as our EMR system, you will manage patient data and ensure seamless integration with financial operations.
