About The Position

Patient Registration Associate greeting incoming patients, checking patients in/out, verifying insurance, providing EXCELLENT customer service. Answering phones, scheduling patient appointments & next appointments Working with providers to ensure patients are being seen in a timely fashion Using EPIC EMR system on a daily basis

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must have at least 1+ years of Med Sec/Front Desk/Registration/Patient Scheduling/healthcare customer service exp
• Must have EXCELLENT customer service skills

Nice To Haves

• EPIC would be huge plus, but not a must
