About The Position

The Patient Registration Representative at Grove City Health Center is a full-time role focused on initiating the Revenue Cycle process by accurately collecting demographic and financial information from patients. This position is essential for ensuring timely reimbursement and providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare associates during their interactions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect accurate demographic and financial information from patients to initiate the Revenue Cycle process.
• Provide exceptional customer service during encounters with patients, families, and healthcare associates.
• Ensure the production of clean claims necessary for timely reimbursement.
• Work night shifts from 11 PM to 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday, with every other weekend and rotating Mondays and Fridays.
