About The Position
The position involves developing and expanding patient referral sources through marketing and networking with other hospitals in the extended service areas to grow and sustain patient volumes. The role includes evaluating, monitoring, facilitating, and coordinating patients' readiness and transfer to post-acute services (inpatient rehabilitation) while ensuring quality and cost-effective use of clinical resources.
