Demonstrate sensitivity to confidential matters, be familiar with medical terminology, and the ability to problem-solve.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate Degree in Business or Health related field
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology
  • Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding preferred
  • 1 to 2 years Healthcare/Hospital experience.
  • 1 to 2 years Customer service experience.
  • Certification of Patient Accounts preferred.
