Demonstrate professionalism within their communication and interactions with patients and staff. Demonstrate sensitivity to confidential matters, be familiar with medical terminology, and the ability to problem-solve.

  • Minimum Education High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum Experience Familiarity with Medical Terminology

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred Education Associate Degree in Business or Health related field.
  • Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT-4 coding preferred
  • Preferred Experience 1 to 2 years Healthcare/Hospital experience.
  • 1 to 2 years Customer service experience.
  • Preferred Registration/License/Certification Certification of Patient Accounts preferred.
